Totally agree with most of that. Page Rank has no domain inside facebook for instance, where we get a lot of visitors from.

That’s true. Also, even if your company email address, yorksolicitor.com or whatever, was being blocked by a client’s computer you can get them to add your domain to a safe list, which you obviously wouldn’t want to do for hotmail.com etc unless you enjoy reading thousands of junk emails every day.

Also, sometimes email from a free email account like hotmail.com or aol.com gets automatically filtered as spam or junk mail, so the intended recipient never even gets the email.
